On the shores of Belfast Lough, the club offers a pleasant parkland layout with a good mix of challenging and golfer friendly holes.
Several long holes like the 6th will tempt big hitters, but beware the infamous ‘Dam’ waters lurking, which can cause trepidation when driving off at the first hole.
It has an imaginative use of water, sand and subtle greens, thanks to the recent redesign of several holes to USGA standard by course architect David Jones. Visitors are welcome except on Saturdays before 3pm. |
